United States: free tracked shipping from our supplier's warehouse in China. Most orders are processed in 1–3 days and delivered 4–9 days later: about 5–12 days in total. US PO Box addresses are not supported.
Other countries: free shipping too. Our delivery target is 7–15 business days, including processing. Import VAT and a carrier fee may be charged on delivery outside the US.

Can I use essential oils?
Yes. Add a few drops of essential oil to the water if you like a scent, or use water only. Essential oils are not included.
How do returns work?
Change of mind: return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. You pay return shipping to Vesivärava 26, 10126 Tallinn, Estonia.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll refund or replace it.

Safety & care
- Place it on a flat, stable surface, away from the edge of tables and out of reach of children and pets.
- Unplug it before filling, emptying or cleaning, and don't move it while it's running.
- Don't overfill the tank. Use water, or water with a few drops of essential oil.
- Empty and dry the tank when you won't use it for a while. Clean it with a soft cloth.
- Stop using it and contact us if it's damaged, leaks or gets unusually hot.
