Returns on unused items

Changed your mind? You can return an unused item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and with all parts.

How to start a return

Email ichiro.mistglow@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We’ll confirm your return and send you the return address. Send the item to: Marek Neem, Mistglow Home, Lombardi 23, Tallinn, Estonia. You pay the return shipping. This is an international shipment from the US to Estonia, so we recommend a tracked service and keeping your receipt.

Refunds

When the item arrives and we’ve checked that it’s unused, we refund the full item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. Return shipping costs are not refunded.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, or something is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or refund you. You don’t need to send it back.

Exchanges

To get a different color, return the unused item as described above and place a new order.
