Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Delivery time

All products ship from warehouses in the United States. Most orders are processed within 1–3 days, then delivery takes 3–8 days: about 4–11 days in total.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day, and carrier delays, weather and peak holiday periods can add time. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of ordering, contact us and we will look into it.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all US orders.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates.

Multiple packages

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Duties and taxes

Products ship from within the United States, so no import duties are charged to you. Any sales tax is shown at checkout.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipping; reshipping costs may apply.
