This Privacy Policy describes how Mistglow Home ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from https://mistglow-store.myshopify.com. Mistglow Home is run by Marek Neem, Lombardi 23, Tallinn, Estonia.

Information we collect

Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and order details.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers (for example Shopify Payments and Shop Pay). We do not store your full card number.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you reached our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Communications: messages you send us.

How we use your information

To process and deliver your order and send order updates.
To answer your questions and handle returns.
To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
To understand how our store is used, using Shopify's analytics.
To measure our ads and show you ads on Facebook and Instagram, using the Meta pixel.
To send marketing emails if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To ask you for a product review after your order arrives.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts our store and provides checkout, Shop Pay and analytics.
Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Through the Meta pixel on our store and from our store's server, Meta receives information about your activity on our store (such as pages viewed, items added to your cart and purchases), device and browser information, your IP address, cookie identifiers such as _fbp, and, when you place an order, contact details such as your email address or phone number in hashed form. Meta's use of this information is described in Meta's own privacy policy.
Judge.me, which hosts our product reviews and sends review request emails. It receives your name, email address and order details, and records how you use the reviews section on our store.
Our fulfillment supplier (CJdropshipping), which receives your name, shipping address and phone number to ship your order.
Shipping carriers, to deliver your package.
Payment processors, to take payment.
Authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing information with Meta for advertising may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some US state laws; you can opt out as described below.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep the store working (for example, your cart and checkout), for Shopify's analytics, and for advertising through the Meta pixel (for example the _fbp cookie). You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order information as long as needed for orders, returns, and our accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California and other US states with privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of your information for advertising. Children

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
