Yes, if it’s unused. Email us within 30 days of delivery. You send it back unused to our address in Tallinn, Estonia, and pay the return shipping; we refund the full item price after it arrives. If it arrived damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace or refund it. You don’t need to send it back.

How do I look after it?

Use clean water only. Replace the cotton wick when it becomes discolored. Follow the instruction manual.
