Terms of service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Overview

This website is operated by Marek Neem, trading as Mistglow Home, Lombardi 23, Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Who can buy

We sell to customers with a shipping address in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the real item. Figures marked as a manufacturer’s rating (for example, run time per fill) come from the manufacturer and can vary with use.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax is shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order we have already confirmed. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, returns and refunds are described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Using the products

Please follow the instruction manual that comes with each product.

Our content

Text, images and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our store or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
